New To The Sport!

Post by cantfindme on 20th December 2010, 8:15 pm

Hi guys and gals! As you can clearly see I'm new to the sport. I have bought a few guns, and been playing a little here and there. I am realy starting to love this game. Anyway, I just wanted to get a little input on my guns from everyone, and see if I would even be close to haveing good enough equipment to work with. Tell me what you think. Good or Bad!

This is my A&K SR25K sniper rifle.
I have put a M140 spring, Hardened gears, steel teeth piston, silent piston head, deep fire 6.02 tight bore barrel, mock silencer, 3-9x50 leapers scope with sunshade, 11.1 5000mla lipo, madbull V nub, hard bucking, and a little custom work here and there.

Here Is My AGM L96 sniper rifle. With everything stock. Except the custom work that I did for the look I wanted. It does have a spring spacer to help with FPS, And my custom trigger work ( for a very light trigger pull ).

Lastly I have a preowned KWA G18 GGB. It has a few problems, and needs some parts. $20 maxx to fix, but I end up spending all my money on the SR25. LOL

Anything you play with is fine. If it sits collecting dust, then it's not worth owning.

Welcome and have fun!

Good to hear! The Sr25 I am shooting about a 1/2 inch pattern at 50feet, and a 1 1/4 inch pattern at 100 feet. The L96 is a little wilder in that the thing throws a few strays way out of the pattern sometimes.

Thanks! I have been working hard to get it the way that I wanted. Still not done with it. Seen lots of pictures online of the real thing, and been trying to get as close as I can to a pic that I loved.

Thanks! I realy wanted a Mauser to begin with, but I got a deal on this L96 so I bought it. I was trying to make it look more like the Mauser, but it kinda went to just makeing it fit what I wanted more than anything eles.
