Hello, my name is Eric and I've been playing ametuer backyard airsoft for around 3-4 years now. I've finally made the committment with a semi nice gun (Dboys S-system m4) and I'm ready to get out there!

I'm Blake, 26, Baldwin County. Used to target shooting on the farm with my real guns, just trying to get into some milsim stuff. I got a couple decent airsoft guns and upgraded them at home trying to get them game ready. I think I've got all the basics, just need actual people to play with. The way this country's going, might as well get in as much gun training as possible, and airsoft is a cheaper route than shooting all my real ammo at beer cans and old plows at home. I'm easy to get along with and an honest sportsman. Very excited to meet the other players and have some fun!

Welcome, permissions set up.

Politics aside, Airsoft is not real steel training - some things translate, but quite a bit does not.

Hints the "milsim" earlier. Looking for more fun than "training".

Call me Copeious, callsign C01. I have been in Turkey for a while and ready to get back stateside. I have a KWA SR10 modified with magpul and tactical accessories. My loadout is Crye precision and 5.11 combat shirt an ops core helmet, and a Blackhawk plate carrier. I'm ready to get back in the game.
I'm also looking for a milsim team, similar to green mountain rangers.

Welcome, your permissions are set up.

Personally, I rock Akimba pistols and wear tye dye for the shock and awe value.

Sadly, I do not know of a MILSIM team in the area, although you may want to contact Dino or Medic 21 as they may have better information.

I do have one question though. Is there a way to download the waiver? One of the guys coming with us is 17 so he'll need to get his parents to sign it prior to coming out. Thanks

Welcome. Your forum permissions have been set up Very Happy

There was a waiver, but since having moved to the new field, I have not seen one; I cannot help you there, unfortunately. Allout should come along shortly and be able to answer this question for you.

Are shooting glasses permissible eye protection? Or are goggles mandatory? I'm trying to get my guys squared away for Saturday and want to make sure they have their gear gtg

you can sign the waiver for him day of , i will be putting one up soon , glasses are ok if they fit tightly around the eye but if they are young i would highly suggest goggles or full face , just don't want anyone getting hurt

Hello

Post by cdwilliams on 6th April 2013, 7:44 am

My name is CD Williams. I am completely new to airsoft. My son Gunnar wanted to get involved so I agreed to do it with him. I have absolutely no idea about airsoft but we are willing to learn. We live in Mobile. Hope to be out there soon.

Welcome! Permissions set up.

Airsoft can be anything from backyard cowboys and indians to full out military simulation, depending on how you like to play. There are no wrong ways to play (other than cheating, but I mean types of play) and this group seems to have a good mix of serious and casual play.

Hello everyone! I'm Danny, I'm 25 and I live in Pensacola, Florida. I've played airsoft for almost 6 years now but just recently "upped my game" by discovering the awesome world outside of spring guns lol. I'm still using a low end electric for now but I still manage to throw the guys with 400 fps or higher for a loop lol. I've spent a short time in the Army and take just about everything I've learned to the airsoft field and works out for me...if only everyone else I play with had the training in communications and tactics as me, playing as a team wouldn't be soo hard lol.
But anyway, I'm happy to have joined you all, and hope to help and benefit.
